The hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. It was so lovely that it was hard to drag ourselves away from the hotel to go to the theme parks at all. I booked the hotel 1 week in advance still my room was alloted to some one else. Bathroom condition was pathetic in the room. It was dirty and taps and showers were in very bad & pathetic state. CHarges were very high and no discount was done on tariff plan infact on tariff card 30% tax was charged to me.... more
I was here with my wife and my 2 year kid and hear from the hotel staff that they do not have a room vacant! This after having booked my room 3 weeks in advance and confirming my arrival. I did not want to argue and accepted their idea of checking into a near by Hotel Surya, felt bad moving... more
