Stayed in an under rated guest house previously on Trip Advisor but came away with a good experience for very reasonable money. The bad side was the size of the rooms but we had a balcony which made it feel more spacious.
We booked through Crystal but when we return will go direct because the daily rates for half board are very reasonable.
The food was Austrian of limited choice but good with 4 courses, salad bar, soup, main ,sweet , served in a friendly manner and reasonable local wine at 7 euros for half a litre served at the table.
Michael the manager is very friendly and speaks the best English. The guesthouse is part of the Kalschmid group who own 7 hotels in Seefeld and as part of the package, you can use the swimming facilities etc at the upmarket Hotel Kalschmid and the 5 star Alpenpark.
The hotel is a guesthouse so has no leisure facilities of its own and comprises a restaurant and bar downstairs but not noisy at all .
