Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed 14 nights July. Only negative - worst WiFi ever. Weak and unstable. FYI German school break begins 15 July. Reservations recommended. Gerhardt wonderful host. Bread each morning, reasonable but not free, if you sign up day before. Pickup at least before 8:00 or someone takes what’s left. Gerhardt will wash and dry your our clothes - €10 per grocery bag. About 15 minute walk to town center. Hotel provides free ticket for discount or free rides on city bus and train to Innsbruck and maybe other places. City bus stop at hotel. Well maintained, clean, quiet, beautiful flowers. Across street from 5 star Sacher resort for drinks, beautiful views. About 15-20 min walk from train station with last ¼ pretty steep up hill. €9 for taxi. Free bus runs from train station but it could be 15 minute ride or 40 minute ride depending on which leg of the run the bus is leaving for. We rode bus to Rosshute for funicular up the mountain. Train to Innsbruck about 30 minutes at €4 with discount coupon from hotel. Ask Gerhardt about short-cut from hotel to center. Good tourist info office at train station. Here buy discount train tickets but must have pass from hotel. Good grocery store – Eurospar – on center next to Nanni’s restaurant OR larger Eurospar about a 5 minute walk away. Great taxi. Diana +4 3 6 6 4 9 9 4 0 0 0 9 4 Holy Bike has a 3 hour guided electric bike tour. €48 each. Great guide Gerhardt. We stayed in #30 and #11 #30 smaller, in main building, on ground floor with small terrace. Adequate kitchen, no freezer. Views from terrace somewhat not-so-much. Weak, unstable WiFi, no microwave, no oven, dishes, etc adequate. Bathroom has tub with shower over. Maybe stay again. #11 larger, in building across from main building. Weak, unstable WiFi, covered terrace has great view of mountains and village. Has elevator. Has freezer. No microwave or oven, dishes etc adequate. Maybe stay again.

We spent our one week holiday in Seefeld in June 2019. The apartment was very cozy and extremely clean! Nice balcony and view :) Kitchenette was good to make your own food (No oven or microwave oven in that studio, but clean pans and good cooker so everything necessary were there). Kerbers were excellent hosts! Everything was perfect! :) Location was 10-15 min walk from the center and the free bus stop (dorfbus Seefeld) is just in front of the house. We didn't know about the free local buses so we dragged our luggage to the hill on the first day we arrived to railway station. Well it was exercise but maybe too much in 32 degree heat. So I suggest to check the local bus timetable from the station beforehand or take a taxi. Otherwise the location was super because of the amazing views and peace. The views were much better in there little upper than in the city center. Also one hiking route started right behind the apartment what was great. Ask your guest carts from Kerbers, take the free dorfbus in front of the apartment and get off the bus near by Bergbahnen Rosshütte and go top of the mountains by lifts and by hiking! Seefelder Joch's peak was the best I've ever seen! The view was miraculous. Härmelekopf area wasn't so good and the hiking route was very tiny and scary I though. But definitely Seefelder Joch is must seen! We really wait to get back soon.

We stayed 5 nights over Christmas in an apartment VII for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children, one used the fold out sofa and we used the other 2 bedrooms. More rustic than luxurious but very affordable and location was perfect. My son snowboarded from the ski slope into the back yard which was great. Staff are superb with excellent communication from booking until departure. A very easy 20 minute stroll into town, I won’t look elsewhere for our return trip.

I think this must be the eighth time we've stayed here. We just love it! Quiet and conveniently situated. We can't think of anything to criticise It's clean and extremely good value. I forgot to mention the super FREE bus that goes from just outside the front door. on the other side the road, there's a hotel that has been hugely expanded. We looked it up and it costs at least six times as much to stay there as it does at Kerber.

We filled two apartments with friends including small children. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean, comfortable, well-located, great service, couldn’t complain about anything. The kitchens were adequately equipped for us to cook big group meals each evening, and the amount of space was positively luxurious. It’s possible to ski from the door (downhill) on the beginner slopes in the middle of town or down to the central bus station from which regular free buses can transport you to the other local downhill ski areas. Definitely considering returning to Seefeld and the Kerber Apartments.

We stayed 1 week recently. Although the weather was iffy the village of Seefeld is quaint and beautiful. Seefeld is one of our most favorite places to visit. Communication with the owners was always prompt. We took the Flexbus, arriving at Rosehutte in the night. With some difficulty we were able to locate the apartment. Thanks to the thoughtful notes posted we were able to locate our apartment in the late evening. We were happily surprised at the size of our two room apartment. What a delight to go on the large balcony and see the alps. We enjoyed the use of the kitchen. There are numerous hiking/walking trails from the apartment. Our hosts were great. Thank you for the wine. Cheers.....from Canada

I'm writing this on my last day in Seefeld. The apartments have been fantastic. We opted for a 2 bedroom apartment (with a tube - bath!) with a terrace. All of the apartments are south facing, so the sun is around until about 3pm. After that there is a lovely grassed area with chairs where you can enjoy a drink until late on! The apartment is fitted out really well - electric hob, kettle, fridge with small freezer and toaster. There's just one bathroom with a toilet which was fine for three of us, any more than 4 it may get a little busy! The apartment is a short walk down the road to the town, however there's also a couple of paths through big green fields (ski runs in the winter!!) The Kerber family were really helpful while we were here, (we got a bottle of wine mid holiday off them!) and also when we were booking. Nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly return again if in the area - maybe next time we would try an have a room with a balcony for a better view

The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and always there if needed. You can virtually ski out and back in to the complex. The ski slope is 20 yards away. The attached restaurant (Schmankerl Alm ) was very good and Gunter made you feel at home. 10 out of 10 for the food. It is not fancy high end dining but good and hot, plenty of it and if there isn't anything on the menu they will knock something up for you.

Was part of a large group of 17 people including 7 children. The property has 2 sections; We stayed in a room on the ground floor equipped with a lovely sit out and a kitchenette. The restaurant was closed being summer ..but the adequate kitchen more than made up for it. Warm, friendly hosts; smooth check-in, spotlessly clean ...evenings and early mornings were spent in the sit outs with amazing views of the mountains. A good 10 minutes walk from the train station; you'll need to catch a cab if you have luggage;otherwise, its a pleasant walk. Lovely town centre, with lots of quaint shops and high-end shopping too ! The only blip, if one may call it, was the construction of a Hotel adjacent to the property... this should, however, finish in a couple of months time . Would highly recommend for families and groups seeking relaxation and a bit of solitude.
