If you want to enjoy true Black Forest atmosphere and excellent cuisine, this is your place - at least, unless your are on a budget. The Adler is a very traditional hotel, family-run by five generations, and continously boasts a Michelin-star since the red guide for Germany was published for the first time in 1966. A very nice family run hotel in the middle of the Black Forest. You must try the tasting menu at the restaurant. Very few people speaking English, but all supporting. Old hotel, but very well mantained, and cleaned. more
