We have found this hotel accidentaly looking the internet for a base in the Black Forrest to explore the region. It is a family run hotel, and that is obvious in the very personal relationship you have from the very beginning. They welcomed us warmly even if we arrived at 21.30, the next day they were interested in our breakfast preferences and in our visiting plans, providing informations and maps and brochures for the best sightseings in the region. A very pleasant surprise was the free internet acces (even if limited to restaurant area). For us, internet acces is very important when travelling for planing the next day activities and keeping in touch with the life back home. The building is comfortable, even if in the 1980 style. It fits nicely with the forrest that surrounds it. This hotel is our first choice if a new trip in the area would happen. more
