How do they manage to get it so terribly wrong. I have stayed in this hotel several times because it is the only hotel in town and my client insists I stay here. There is only one computer for check-in/out in a hotel with over 200 rooms, and it is frequently not working, and always there is a queue. There is no air conditioning, making it miserable in summer. Once the breakfast buffet is empty, then that's it, so late arrivers miss out. They told me I had the in-room movies, which I had not, then told me that I would have to pay anyway - I refused and they became very rude indeed. When I checked in, they told me I was already checked in, because it turned out that they had given my premium room to someone else so they gave me a lesser room and tried to charge me for the premium room - again an unnecessary argument ensued. But since it's the only hotel in town, there is no other choice - except to stay at the airport hotels. more
