We booked 2 nights at the Byron Hotel through a web site. The hotel canceled our reservation with the excuse that our credit card was not valid. We checked with our credit card company, there was no check by the hotel on our credit card. The hotel obviously overbooked and canceled us with whatever excuse they could find. Clean, large room. Comfortable double bed. Room 24 had two windows - one with a view of town, the other a view of an olive tree! Air conditioner worked well. Bath was clean and adequate.
