We stayed at the Ippoliti for 1 night in October as part of a 5-day Pelopponese group tour booked with Key Tours. We got the Class A or First Class package and were pleasantly surprised when we entered this hotel on the 1st day of our tour. The hotel didn't look much from the outside but the room we were... more

Nice hotel - good taste, renovated, clean. Central location, a bit difficult to find by car. The problem is that our room was just too small - we really didn't know where to put our luggage. To make things worst, it was a beach vacation for us...and the room of course didn't have a balcony. Some rooms are better other... more

Stayed at the Ippoliti with my husband and about a dozen of his colleagues and their families in June for five days. I became very ill with food poisoning, as did more than half of the guests in our group that were staying at the hotel. What caused the food poisoning, we're not sure -- perhaps the warm yogurt at... more

Central and small hotel, clean rooms with 'jacuzzi showers'. Correct breakfast, nice and flexible service. Tiny pool...however nice for breakfast. Quiet as well. We are used to staying at Ippoliti in Nafplio and we recommend to do the same, should Amphitryon increase its rates. more

I spent two days in Nafplio in the framework of a long holiday in Greece with my wife. I found the hotel walking in the city center and I simply asked their conditions. I've got a double room for 90 euros per day brekfast included. People at the receprion desk have always been very nice and helpful, and I completely... more

The Ippoliti is one block from the waterfront behind the old Agamamenon. The location is great for visiting the seaside cafes and backstreet shops and museum. The building was restored about 8 or 9 years ago, and each room has its own charm. If you need a view, be sure to request this, as some of the rooms face the... more

We had a two room suite at this hotel for three nights, and it was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and classy. Large rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, with a nice sized bathroom and a wonderful shower. Each room had it's own flat panel t.v. The hotel had a small pool, which the kids seem to love, and a delcious breakfast... more

My wife and I stayed at the Ippoliti Hotel (“IH”) in late May 2006. As an initial matter, Nauplion is a delightful town well worth a visit. The older portion of town was built by the Venetians (the Venetian lion that one sees in Venice is visible here), occupied for a time by the Turks (there remains some pre-Roman-alphabet Turkish... more

Extremely friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, and impecible cleanliness. This hotel MADE my stay in Greece. Perfect location, close to many shops, internet cafe's, and walking distance to the pier. Easy beach access, and great little private pool. more
