Absolute relaxation - fantastic. Thermal Spa was amazing. You definitely feel rejuvenated after spending time there. We went there for our first anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything there is about relaxation so definitely book a treatment or two other than the thermal spa to break things up a little - I would recommend the Monart Delux massage. The... more

Had a wonderful time, nicest hotel experiece i,ve ever had,am longing to go back again, staff attentive and courteous, food was incredible(breakfast.....ohhhh my godddd delish!).Unfortunately the fire alarm went off the second night of our stay, which was a pity as it disturbed an otherwise idyllic breakaway. Two final comments would be,for the times we're in,it IS somewhat pricey....but having said that ,I definitely... more

A one night stay with family here was fantastic. Right from the start, the gated entrance, no cars to be seen (our car was whisked away on arrival) and the welcoming reception staff who were prepared for our arrival at the reception desk due to the fact that we had to introduce ourselves at the gate. The property is an... more

As a solo lady traveller I first stayed in Monart 3 years ago and have returned on average twice a year since then. It is quite simply superb. The welcome from reception and the manager is warm and low key, not effusive or overdone. Each and every member of staff is very polite, extremely competent and inventive in accomodating any... more

We stayed in the Monart for my fathers birthday in August. I know many people dont like the big gates as you approach the hotel but we found the security element quite reassuring. We were met inn the car park by a nice polite bellboy who led us to the hotel reception. We found the staff very friendly at reception... more

We only went with the intention os staying one nite but had to stay for a second. It was about E350 for two nites B&B, two evening meals, two lunchs,... more

We stayed one night in this hotel and booked in an hour before we arrived. The 3 of us pulled up to the electric gates outside. Baggage taken to our rooms as we checked in and car parked for us. Tour of hotel facilities totally relaxed and really helpful. Booked for meal that night. Made our way to the Spa... more

Monart is exquisite. From the moment one arrives the atmosphere and theme is relaxation all the way. It's a perfect place to leave the stresses and strains of life behind. The rooms are spacious, tastefully designed and relaxing. The views are beautiful. There are two relaxation rooms in the spa area - one bright room overlooking the gardens and another... more

I found Monart after cancelling plans to tour ireland alone by car due to the most dreadful case of jet lag I've ever had (and am very seasoned traveller, have had years of three to five months out of twelve spent in europe, africa, etc) ..I was knocked out of shape, and wanted a place toput myself back together..found Monart... more
