The hotel is very nice, and we weren't dissappointed at all, I guess I just expected more. HIE website states this hotel as NOW OPEN, and there is also a huge sign hanging on the outside of the hotel which faces I 40. I was thinking it had just opened within the last few weeks, but according to the desk clerk, they have been open for 7 months.

The decor is attractive, with really beautiful dark wood. The lobby area is very chopped up though, as were the hallways. It was kind of confusing to navigate.

We had a one bedroom suite, which I was expecting a separate bedroom, but that is not the case! There is basically a 2 ft by 2 ft wall separating the bed from the sofa. The furniture was all very nice, and the room was large, but again, it was just really odd shaped. There was a sofa, coffee table, end table, a small table and 2 chairs, a desk, and a flat screen tv. The room also had a mini fridge, microwave, and a small sink. The lamps were very cool... more
