If you're looking for a quiet little town in Mallorca this is it. The location is perfect. Tucked away in the small street corners of Soller. But about a 4 minute walk to the main square where you will find restaurants and shopping. The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent, hotel and rooms were very clean. The managers, and staff... more

This hotel was fabulous (as was Soller itself) and suited us down to the ground. It might not suit those after a holiday where you are waited on hand and foot because after breakfast the staff leave you to it but if you want to get away from it all in fabulous surroundings it is great. The pool area in... more

Just returned from 9 days in Mallorca and spent 3 nights at the Salvia. When we arrived our jaws were virtually dragging along the floor, it is stunningly beautiful inside, decorated with what appear to be genuine antiques. it really feels like stepping back in time and finding you are an English lord with your own private stately home. We... more

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of May in great weather. Effectively, the hotel is under new management this year with Teresa,Mark & Jackie forming a great team providing top class service. Great location in old town just 2 minutes walk to centre & short tram/taxi hop to the port. Just 6 suites & we had Salvia, the biggest.Jackie showed... more

The whole Majorca experience was a pure delight-Traveling with 3 friends, in our sixties, for two weeks in Spain, I insisted on a detour of 3 days to Majorca -planned the whole excursion myself, with the assistance of tripadvisor-this hotel was the highlight of our whole trip-we booked the 2 cheapest rooms and we were blown away by their elegance! more

The Hotel position is good - peaceful (barking dogs & cockerel not hotel's fault) Welcome was a quick tour of the common areas ,No welcome drink or service. Fresh flowers in the room but nowhere else . Bathrobes provided not slippers. Toiletries not replaced one small cake of soap for each guest (so only 1 bubble bath allowed) Bed made... more

We stayed for for 4 days at the Hotel Salvia in late August 2008. It was a lovely hotel, The staff are excellent; Mercedes showed us around while our bags were taken up to our suite. The hotel has a lovely laid back style - if you want poolside service from a liveried waiter, then this is not the place.... more

This hotel is well situated in a small street in Soller town. It was however fairly noisy - there was building work going on during the daytime in an adjacent property, dogs barking, etc. and so not as tranquil as might be expected. The hotel itself is well and stylishly furnished but there is a total lack of staff presence. It... more

We are well travelled and tend not to go back to the same place more than once but I have just booked to go there for the 3rd time. We use it as our annual battery re-charging holiday. 4 or 5 nights feel like you've been away for around 8 - 10 days. It's an oasis of calm and serenity... more

I stayed at Hotel Salvia for 5 nights from 28th of August. Taxi transfer from airport excellent. Kim, the friendly Manager was waiting to greet me even though it was late. I was in Room 1, The Red Rose Room. Fabulous large room with stunning views of the garden. Super bathroom, fresh flowers which were changed every day. Bathrobes, slippers... more
