This hotel is not expensive and has a lot of things going for it, a good location, clean, fairly spacious accommodation, a good swimming pool area and bar/lounge. You'll see a lot of reviews for this hotel saying how BASIC the bungalows are, how unimaginative the MEALS are and other general things along the same line! We didn't get off to a good start. The welcome was quite unfriendly and that set the tone for our 3 night stay. I got the distinct impression that the owners were tired of their business. We stayed with our teenage children who had their own cabin. The location is quiet a good location, within walking distance of all amenties of Port de Soller. Have stayed here twice, both times in October. Have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Have stayed in both the chalets and the appartments, prefered the appartments.
