Overall L'Avenida is a nice hotel and service was very friendly and welcoming. Obviously as a small hotel in a listed building you won't find the same conveniences as in larger luxury hotels. We had 3 days here last month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is more like a large home, and we loved the original features such as the staircase, huge doors and the windows which open on to the mountains (which from our room you could look out on to while showering). Stayed here last year, been meaning to review it for ages as it was gorgeous. Lovely staff, fabulous breakfasts and lunch. The pool was amazing. We stayed in the smallest room and it was perfect.
