This is a less than average Parador in a well below average location. Vilalba is a drab commercial town which has been bypassed by the main road and, seemingly, by progress. Hotel is situated in a quite town which is of no paticular interest. The hotel is centrally situated and is clean and attractive. However, meals are a disaster.
