A fantastic base to explore Ullswater, Glenridding, Patterdale and the surrounding area! Only a few steps away from the track up Hellvelyn! The hospitality and the breakfasts were just amazing! Unfortunately our room was very small with not much room to put our cases and it only had a bathroom down the hall. However our hosts were very pleasant and cheerfully helpful. You can order an evening meal here but it is also directly opposite an excellent restaurant. more
