I stayed at the Munro Inn a few nights ago and very much enjoyed it. The new owners had only been in charge a few days and made me feel very welcome. If this was the last place on earth I still would not go back and stay there. Eight of us were booked in for three nights and we only stayed for one and even that was too long!!! The hotel is run down, dirty,dark and dingy and there was no way on this earth we were going to eat there,... more

Can' t say I recognise the first review as being the same place! Really enjoyed our stay. It's a nice relaxed place in an ideal location for getting out and about. Family and dog friendly. Good bike route from Strathyre to Callander. more

My partner and I stayed at the Inn for four days this time having been there before. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. The food and service were excellent. The owners Jon and Brendan go out of their way to ensure that people enjoy their stay. We will go back as soon as we can. more
