This B&B is indeed set in an nice location and the building is pleasant. However all this was ruined by the frosty response to us informing them that we may arrive a little late (only 7pm!) beyond the expected arrival time of something like 4-6pm!!! Indeed the hostess never presented herself and all we could hear was her comments to... More

This B&B makes you feel at home: beautiful garden, cosy rooms (not very modern but clean, bright and warm), a shower (at last!!!!) with high pressure. All in a location that is quite remote but with breathtaking views only minutes away by car. Restaurants are however at walking distance. No opinion on the breakfast as after 10 days we had... More

Whilst checking out places to stay on our Honeymoon, I was reading reviews for various accommodation. I was reading an old review for Rhian Guest House where Jenny took the time to respond to a minor complaint. Because I loved what she wrote and how she addressed the point raised, I chose to stay here. As it turned out I... More

We stayed for 3 nights in June. The B&B is easy to find, and once we got there we were immediately made very welcome by Jenny, Stuart and (by degrees) the dogs Barney, Millie and eventually Tich. The rooms are very comfortable, but the squeaky floorboard between ours and the next-door room took off a little of the gloss from... More

Before travelling we had to send a deposit but after, when I tried to arrange a couple of "special needs" everything was a problem and a big service. Once there, the B&B was in the middle of the nature, in a wonderful place, but the room was very, very small, and extremely noisy. Each time the hosts in the next... More

We had booked this B&B as part of our cycling tour of Scotland. Jenny, our host was most welcoming. The twin room was perfectly comfortable , with an excellent seperate bathroom ( sole use). Breakfast was excellent , with porridge and poached eggs to set us on our way. But the best part was the view from our bedroom window... More

Jenny and Stuart were very welcoming and friendly, lovely en-suite room with comfortable bed. Full scottish breakfast was grilled not fried and home- laid free range eggs were very tasty. Short hop to the Ben Loyal Hotel where evening meal menu is excellent and provides a wide choice. Views in all directions were stunning. More

superb b+b just outside of Tongue and hosts offered a run into town each night letting you walk home downhill-15minutes. Garden a real suntrap in early evening and good attention to detail being typified by availability of fresh milk in a communal fridge to make the tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the bedroom taste even better. I had pre-booked and had excellent... More
