First of all, the price for a king room, non smoking is ridiculous at this place. There is a very nice and new Comfort Suites right behind this hotel and I highly recommend you stay there instead! Our room at the Quality Inn was hot and damp and smelled of cat urine. The room was not clean. There were hairs... more

This was one of the hotels we stayed at on the 4th of july weekend due to last mintue planning. It was very nice and clean. It wasn't super luxury but it was nice enough to me stay there agin if I needed to. We had the king room and it was very spacious, which was nice because we were... more

This is not a nice property. This is one of the only hotels I have ever seen a roach in. The non-smoking room smelled quite smoky and musty. Almost all hotels in West Memphis are on the I-55 frontage road, which doesn't seem safe, and definitely isn't pleasant to the eye. Only stayed here because literally everything in Memphis was... more

We stayed at the Quality Inn recently on a Saturday night. As other reviewers pointed out, there are no elevators, so you have to walk up two flights of stairs to the second floor. Evidently the hotel management doesn't believe in air conditioning the corridors, so it's a very hot climb:) The room itself was fine. There was a musky... more

We stayed here just one night on June 24th in route home from a vacation trip. When we arrived we noticed that it seemed very warm and humid with an odd odor...sort of a moldy smell...in the hotel lobby but attributed it to the very warm weather. We checked in and were given a room on the second floor and... more

We needed 2 rooms, the first was clean smelling and nice. The second room was clean, but smelled of mildew. I went to the front desk and was given the only other room available. The rooms still had a funky smell, but it wasn't of mildew. Breakfast was fair. Staff friendly enough. more

We rented 7 rooms at this hotel while we were there for my grandmother's funeral. The rooms had a very foul odor and my step-mother had to immediately purchase some febreeze so that we could get rid of the smell. A night clerk was very nasty toward us and when we went to complain to the manager in the morning... more

We stayed at this Quality Inn on the way back from a trip to Texas. The rate was high for the area and hotel but figured it was probably because it was New Year's Eve. The hotel on the outside looked fairly new. It was not on the inside. It had been refurbished but poorly done. The tissue cover in... more

1st room smelled of urine, mold and mildew. 2nd room only smelled of mold and mildew. Had to buy candles at the Crackerbarrel to mask the smell. Internet didn't work. Told front desk of the problem. They said they had to reset the system. After several interchanges, we gave up (our equipment and ethernet cable worked fine the day before... more
