We spent a Saturday night at this hotel. Several groups were also guests but we never heard a thing -- and that's a good thing! Greeted as I walked in the door and that was the beginning of the personal touch provided by the staff. Beautiful, lush landscaping. Rooms that seem to belong in a much expensive hotel. I stayed in a room facing the outside and was able to park in front of the door. Very convenient! I would stay again without hesitation! more

Our group stayed in this hotel as part of a two week trip across the western US. Since funding was limited, price was a major consideration for the trip. I can say without doubt, this was the best value we had on the entire trip. Clean and newly remodeled rooms, nice pool area, and a good breakfast. more

Agree with other reviews. Hidden gem. Rooms a bit small but this is a budget motel. Usually stay at Hilton or Marriott Springhill Suites, this is comparable to in features at lower price. Bar/lounge next to is a dump! Must travel a bit to get food. more

This is probably the best kept secret in Bakersfield. The rooms are very clean and the management is excellent. Of course, you can probably spend more in Bakersfield, but for the cost you won't find a better place to stay. We have stayed at many places in Bakersfield, and this one is our favorite. more
