This Best Western was very nice. We did have a room on the second floor and there is no elevator. The room had an extra chair and reading lights which many motels/hotels don't always have. Room was clean, beds comfortable, price right. And, it was in a quiet side of town, which was very nice also. Only complaint, after staying in other Best Westerns in No. Calif. that have them, their towels were "scratchy" and not soft. Wonder why? People at registration desk were very helpful.

Always stay here in Bakersfield for NSRA car show. Excellent hotel, friendly staff and excellent service. Stayed at another hotel before staying here. The other hotel was a very bad experience. Stay here ever since. Can't complain.
