My husband and I walked in with no reservation. We were OFFERED the AAA rate (didn't have to ask for it). The desk clerk was courteous, helpful and friendly. When we entered our room we were pleasantly surprised. Upgrades put the decor on par with Sheraton (where we usually stay). Sink, microwave and fridge in the room always a bonus.... more

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The room is clean and quiet. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast is OK but not fancy. It is close to Highway 101 so very convenient for travel. more

I stayed with my Son for 13 nights at this hotel. My biggest complaint was the constant loud noise coming from the highway that passes in front of the hotel ( EL CAMINO REAL) . I was very please and pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and orderliness of this Belmont facility. Everyone was very courteous! Everything worked in my room. There were no burnt out lamps, leaky faucets, or nicked up furniture.And it was quieter than the BELAGIO in Las Vegas. Thank you. more

After a minor mixup with the reservation (we were misquoted a lower price by a new but very friendly employee), they not only honored the lower price, but went out of their way to provide incredible service for the rest of our stay.
