A good location but finding the valet parking entrance down rear alley is not easy! Ok room, comfortable and clean if a little soul less. Restaurant empty when we stayed. Beverly Hills is a strange place though - fine for a day or so, but don't stay much longer. more

Great location if you plan to shop on Rodeo drive and the valets are excellent, but the main desk staff are not friendly. They send you off to your room and don't tell you that you are trapped in the elevator until you figure out how to use it...without any assistance.
