I told her our needs (no pet friendly room because my son is an asthmatic, early check-in/late check-out) and I was guarenteed an early check-in and a "super" clean non-pet friendly room. I travel to Big Bear frequently on business and this place is hands down the best. You can walk to the Village for eats and shopping and there is a Starbucks just up the road (maybe 200 yards.) My family enjoyed a nice suite this weekend. Location was phenomenal. We walked to the Village in less than 5 minutes, the bowling alley in 2 minutes, the Marina in 30 seconds.... It was just great.
