Beautifully located on Big Bear Lake. Staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. What an amazing place. The welcome was warm and inviting and our stay was one great moment after the next. Our condo was nicely appointed and the breeze off the water cooled our place nicely as we enjoyed breakfast in our kitchen and dining area. We organized 7 families to go with us for 4 days and we all had a fantastic time. Mallard Bay is always clean. It is not fancy, but we don't expect that in the mountains.
