DO NOT stay at this hotel the staff is rude and dirty. There was bugs in this hotel left over food and used condoms on the floor, overall the most disturbing experiance I have every had at any motel, not to mention they didnt refund our money. More

This hotel is nice but for the price a little less than what we thought it should be. We don’t expect the Ritz but come on … no shampoo?? Other than that and the female phone call at 5 am with the horny women this place is nice enough. The people in Big Bear make this place worth coming to. More
