We like staying here due to the AAA rates, the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the quiet, the lovely grounds, large/clean pool and the access to the Anza-Borrego National Park... but maintenance, a person of authority and a staff that understands English is sadly lacking. There are only a couple of nice places to stay around Borrego Springs, and this is a decent place for a short stay or for some golf , or hiking in the state park. We were given a suite with a king bed, sofa bed and kitchenette. Perfect for traveling with our 5 year old. Pool was warm and large. All staff was very helpful. We stopped here for one night so that we could explore Anza-Borrego Park (highly recommended!) Rooms were large, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast included in attractive dining room, nice sauna and swimming pool, and friendly staff. Definitely a great deal!! more
