My spouse and I traveled to Burbank to see our daughter. This was our first stay at the hotel. We originally booked a 4 night stay online at the hotel's website. They offered a very good discount, up to 40% off the "rack rate" if you stayed at least 3 nights and if you booked online you got a room... more

Great location, we didn't need a rental car the hotel picked us up at the airport. We walked to nearby attractions. Beds were very comfortable. Upon check-in they had some difficulty locating our reservation but quickly solved the problem. Would definitely stay here again. Roof top hot tub was a nice bonus. more

We stayed at this hotel as we had tickets to the Ellen show which was just around the corner. We had a lovely time. The staff were outstanding. They have a great car service that will take you within 3 miles of the hotel, it was a great service. The front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were... more

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel - the toilet bowl was not thoroughly cleaned and it tured me off for the rest of my stay however brief. I was in and out and glad of it. more

My Mother who is 83 and I just got back from Burbank last night. We stayed at the Hotel Amarano from 10/6-10/10. My Mother needs wheelchair assistance, we didn't want to travel with her chair. The hotel staff was very accomodating letting us use their wheelchair during our entire stay. The staff was friendly, greeting us in the mornings and... more

Great and quick service. We were attending a wedding at nearby Castaway Gardens so this was a good location. Clean and large hotel rooms. more

Don't stay here - they don't tell you about the $31.36 charge for parking. They said that I could have parked on the street for free. They were very rude. more

Management response from

Parking charges are very standard and are expected within the industry. Some hotels have the ability to offer a self parking option. Due to our small size and our location we are not afforded this luxury. We reside in a quaint residential area therefore; all of our parking is underground. We trust our guests will enjoy the security our facility...

We were very happy with our stay here. The hotel is pretty and the rooms very clean. I like that the refrigerator has room to put in your own drinks, etc. Starbucks coffee provided for the coffee maker. Our room on the second floor was quiet except if we opened the sliding door, then traffic noises were pretty loud. Since... more

Stayed here for two nights while visiting family in Van Nuys (about 9 miles away). The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff we encountered (service/concierge, bartenders) were extremely friendly. It seemed to be a busy weekend, there appeared to be people in town for graduations, weddings, etc, but our first floor room was super quiet. They let us... more

You could tell the room wasn't brand new but it must have had a redesign and it looked sharp and was very clean. The style throughout was excellent and the service was good (though they weren't requested to go above and beyond). I got a good deal through Hotels.com and found the location to be perfect for Burbank- Amarano is... more
