This property will not work with you regarding cancellation fees, and we are now being given the run-around from both the Holiday Inn & Priceline, with the result that we will have to pay $497 for NOTHING.....I understand paying a cancellation fee, but not the entire amount of the reservation, especially as the hotel was able to re-sell the room.... more

In Los Angeles, I never really expect great service. So the hotel, with its price and location, proved to be of good value. We always ate out anyway. Parking was sufficient and the rooms were FAIRLY clean. more
