Exactly what we were looking for in a small town. Very reasonable even over the holiday weekend. Front staff great. This is the best motel in Burney. Charming and clean, with a personal touch to it. Rooms are spacious and most have kitchenettes. Location is great - across from shopping center, walking distance to restaurants. Owner was very nice and friendly, and made the stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel. more
