This place could be great, but the overwhelming use of various overly-fragrant cleaning products was too much. The smell was so strong I could not sleep, and that was after airing out the room for over 2+ hours. DO NOT stay here if you are at all sensitive to odors. We stayed here in May 2009. The rooms are small but ours was so clean you could eat off the floor. We've stayed in major chains that weren't this clean. It is an older hotel but the tile and everything else was in good repair and worked great. The walls are a little thin though. more

Stayed 2 nights at the Sleepy Hollow. The owners are very friendly and the rates are very good, probably the best in Burney. We spent a day at 'Sleepy Hollow'. We had a wonderfully warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very well serviced and comfortable too. Quietly set away from the main road, it was just the place to relax and regain our strength following a long drive. more
