The Bear Flag Inn was just what my husband and I needed for our weekend get-away to the Napa Valley. It is located just a little bit up the road from Calistoga, very close to town. We were just in wine country for one night on our tour from San Francisco up to Northern California and were glad to find the Bear Flag Inn. We enjoyed two wonderful nights at the Bear Flag Inn. It was small and quaint and VERY welcoming. We stayed one night at the Peter Storm room. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We took advantage of the afternoon wine and snacks and ended up enjoying a wonderful conversation with Marjorie and Dennis through the evening. They are very warm and inviting people and we very much enjoyed our stay there. more

My girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast. The hostesses (Dennis and Marg) are absolutely delightful and make you feel as if you are part of their family. We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. The innkeepers pay great attention to detail to ensure that their guests are happy and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious.
