We recently stayed at the Craftsman Inn for 3 nights on our first visit to the Napa Valley. It was a great location for exploring the wineries around Calistoga, St Helena, and Rutherford. The entire inn has been very tastefully restored and the Helena Room was nicely decorated, included a wall-mounted flat screen tv/dvd player, and had a HUGE bathroom.... more

We booked the Craftsman for 4 night to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary. The Inn was perfect!!! The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and BIG...the service and food top notch. The location made it easy for the "Day Tripper" to head north into Healdsburg or a short drive South into St Helena. Plus being within walking distance to town... more

My Mom and I stayed at the Craftsman for 2 nights on our Mother/Daughter California adventure. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. There were fresh cookies and Sherry waiting in our room when we arrived. The room itself was lovely - great bed, sofa, linens, etc. There was a lovely patio in the back of the Inn to relax... more

My husband surprised me with a 2-night stay at this wonderful Bed & Breakfast! The room was very accomodating and comfortable. When we arrived to our room, there were homemade cookies and a night-time beverage to enjoy. In the mornings, Gillian prepared the most decadent breakfasts! We met a lovely couple from Texas and had a wonderful time visiting with... more

I had originally booked to stay at the sister property, the Wine Way Inn but on arrival was offered an upgradeby Nick to the Craftsman which was greatly appreciated. I have stayed in some... more

The rooms are very private and decorated very tastefully. We enjoyed the sherry and cookies in our room as well as the wonderfully tasting breakfasts! The whole... more

We had several family members staying in the Craftsman Inn and the Wine Way Inn over Easter weekend to attend our daughter's wedding at a small winery, and thoroughly enjoyed our B&B experience. The houses are so welcoming, as are the hosts, Nick and Gillian, who are very knowledgeable about the wine country. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the wine,... more

My husband and I came to Calistoga for my birthday. I read some different reviews and decided on The Craftsman Inn. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and Jillian was there to greet us right away. She showed us our room, which was large and very nice. The bed was soooooo comfortable it wasn't a "hotel" bed. Jillian told us... more
