Stayed 2 nights at Aurora Park - June 7&8. It is a hidden gem in Calistoga. The cottage had enough room for all of our suitcases and bottles of wine we had collected. There was a small fridge with water stocked. They brought breakfast by every morning ~8:30 just before we headed out to the wineries. Joe (owner) was a... more

We are spoiled because we live in the San Francisco Bay Area and can run away to the Napa/Sonoma Wine Country pretty much whenever we want to - and it's only about a 2 hr +/- ride from home... that said, we love to run away for visits several times a year. This time we went for a special event... more

We only spent one night at the Aurora Park Cottages, but they were very cute. After driving through Calistoga, Im glad that we stayed there and not anywhere else. There are quite a few old run down looking hotels/inns in the city. If you want higher class and a spa, then maybe Solara is the answer. Joy and Barry, the... more

Before our trip to Napa Valley, I researched many bed and breakfasts and, admittedly, there are several good one's to choose from. Aurora Cottages, however, stood out to me. The accomodations seemed very unique, and cute, and the idea of having individual cottages, seemed an extra plus in a bed an breakfast atmosphere. Our stay, exceeded our expectations! First off,... more

For our annual trek to the Napa Valley, we considered several b & b's in Calistoga, and were not disappointed in our choice of the Aurora Park. The complex consists of six individual cottages set on a gentle slope, near central Calistoga. Our unit was a spacious and well-appointed queen, with daily maid service and a nice continental breakfast delivered... more

When looking for the perfect Honeymoon, we came across the quaint little town of Calistoga. It couldn't have been a more perfect choice. The best part of our expereince was the B&B we stayed at, Aurora Park Cottages. We stayed in Cottages 6 at the top of the hill. I loved the french doors that opened to the lawn area.... more

My daughter gave us a gift certificate for a night at Aurora Park Cottages. We have been to B&B's here in Calistoga before and enjoy the area. The cottage (#3) was warm and comfortable - nice touches with the robes and over stuffed armchairs. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day! New inkeepers Joy and Barry are... more

This is our first time staying at Bed & Breakfast Cottage, per our fellow traveller we choose Aurora and our verdict, Aurora Park Cottage is the best. The cottage is situated in the middle of the wineries in Napa & Calistoga, Old Faithful Geyser & Petrified Forest which makes the cottage more convenient to stay. It looks so homey both... more

We spent two nights at Aurora Park and it was ideal. Joe and Celeste have a great place here in Calistoga. It's very close to many nice vinyards and Joe can point you in the right direction no matter what your interested in. Fine dining is right down the road so the location of the Cottages could not be much... more
