Pro:
Quaint, clean, and VERY quiet (except for water meter ticking next door from 8 a.m. on). Sound of waves from ocean across quiet street very nice. Great location, great view. Nice innkeeper who left us alone. Superb breakfast included was at owner's spectacular restaurant 6 doors down. Breakfast with entree & coffee would run $25-30 for 2, but is included. Wine & cheese (boring cheese, nice wine). Fireplace in our room. Even first floor rooms with ocean view are private (no one can walk by your window and see in easily).

Con:
Payphone in lobby (obviously no Internet!), older furnishings, tiny and aging but clean bathroom. VERY small room (Ocean Bouquet #1). Uncomfortable chairs--no place to snuggle and read a book comfortably.
