Hacienda Guachipelin is a very nice place, the gardens and surroundings are pretty. We stayed in a deluxe room and enjoyed it very much. The only negative point is that the restaurant doesn´t have a very good value for money, so I don´t recommend eating there. The hot springs and waterfalls are very nice.

We stayed here one night in early April. The room was fine, but the mattress was really hard. We enjoyed all the activities including a horseback ride, waterfall, hot springs, tubing and zip lining. Very nice people and breakfast was great!

This hotel was great, it was clean, small and had personal service. It was also very close to Rincon de la Vieja park. The park was excellent, there were bubbling mud pools, amazing plants and birds...a private guide is the way to go though.
