My husband and I stayed here for one night in their suite and it was lovely! There was an awesome jacuzzi tub in the Bathroom and a beautiful canopy bed and gas fireplace in the bedroom area. they also had a lovely window seat where you could stretch out and relax! The breakfast was delicious as were the munchies in... more

My wife and I recently stayed two nights at the property and found it be a pleasant stay overall. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about the village and its restaurants, etc. Nice continental breakfast with great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Wine and hors d'oeurves in the evening were a nice touch. Walking the village from this inn was... more

This little bed and breakfast is a great place to stay in Carmel. The breakfast is good, the wine and appetizers at night is great. They had a surprise bottle of champagne on ice for our anniversary. The staff and front desk personnel are very nice, personable, and informative. Loved the locale for walking to other areas and able to... more

We have stayed here a number of times. They are very friendly, the breakfast, wine and appetizers are great. Even though they are independently owned, they are still trying very hard. We have no complaints. We are very aware of the parking, but you work around the problem. more

The last time we were at Cobblestone Inn was in 1998. Like a time warp... still has a super staff, great breakfast and appetizers, and a great cozy room. Love the atmosphere of the lobby in the cool evening with the fireplace going and a choice of coffee or tea. The turndown service was great with mints and a rose.... more

I booked a single night stay with Expedia. However booking over Expedia it seems the reservation is sent to Carmel Inn and Suites - the wires between Expedia and this Inn are crisscrossed with a hotel that does not rate so highly on tripadvisor. I called Expedia but could not hold on to the phone after half an hour of... more

Paper thin walls. I could hear the people next door breathing, doors opening and closing, bathroom noises (peeing) during the night. I guess I am not use to the Inn experiance. We stayed here one night and would have slept better on the beach in a tent. Our first impression was good, the lobby is clean and quaint the setting... more

This place was a disappointment! We paid $300 a night for a larger room. First off they only have four or five parking spaces available for the entire facility. We were told we had to find street parking, which took many circles around the block. The front desk person was not at all familiar with the area or could even... more

Our recent stay here was part of a 10-day California trip to celebrate our 30th wedding avnniversary. It was a repeat visit and we were treated very well - surprise ice bucket with champagne on our first night. We especially enjoy parking the car and walking everywhere, evening wine at the inn and local dining without worrying about drinking and... more
