Price may say it all. Add 10% tax and you can see it "ain't a bad deal".

Clean, 50's (Yes, 1950's) "Motor Hotel".

You will hear your next door neighbor, your car will be 1 foot from your front door, grounds are somewhat dated but....$50 & $60 in Santa Barbara County is a "cheap".

Carpenteria (0.5 miles walk north) is "cool"!

You will eat well, drink well, and the beach is "right there". more
