Spent the weekend at this hotel......one night too long. The rooms smell musty, but clean. AC works, helps clear the room. Also, very outdated & over priced....especially for what they charge for weekend rates. Staff was pleasent. Took several minutes to check in, due to hotels computer issues.

Just spent two nights here and I have to say that I was really not expecting much. I was just hoping it was clean. Not only was it clean, it was surprising comfortable and quiet. When visiting the Carpenteria area in the future, I will definitely be staying here again.

The room was dirty, and smelled musty. We were afraid to walk on the carpet barefoot. The shower had mold. The police arrived in the middle of the night to arrest a motel guest that was under the influence of some type of drug. My kids were scared,we couldnt wait to leave. We will never return.
