The staff was extremely accommodating. When I complained about the room smelling of smoke they immediately put us in a different room. The price was reasonable compared to the hotels we checked out in downtown Santa Barbara. The room was clean and comfortable. more

This hotel is a lovely property and would be difficult to find fault even if you were looking. The room smelled of vomit but apart from that great building, courtyard, restaurant and pool. Housekeeping need a kick up the backside. more
