The property is in the perfect location - one block from the beach and about 2 blocks from the cool quiet and cozy community of downtown Cayucos. You get what you pay for at this motel. This little motel was adequate. It was clean, and the room I stayed in had a little kitchenette (not sure if all of them do). This place is close to the beach and allowed dogs, so that was the primary reason for staying there. Overall, the property was clean and quiet, and without many amenities.
