This hotel was perfect... I had a second level beach front room and had an amazing little balcony overlooking the beach and the pier. The balcony was sheltered from the wind, which was nice. The hotel is literally right on the beach... you can hear the waves crashing on the shore even with the windows and doors closed... very relaxing....

I visited last in 2009 and was generally pleased with the value. The location was wonderful, the rooms were adequate, price was good, but service was a bit spotty.
I came back in April, 2011, to discover a much improved row of beachfront rooms, happier staff, and a major emphasis on dog-friendly lodging.
