We stayed at the Johnson's Country Inn for two nights when taking our daughter to college. It's a relatively new Victorian out in an almond orchard on the southern edge of town. Everything is very clean and comfortable, and the owners, Dave and Joan, could not be nicer. more

This is a very cozy place. Its very well-kept, in a pretty area just on the outskirts of town. You feel like you're in the country even though downtown Chico is only a five minute drive.
