We were impressed with this hotel property not knowing where to stay in Chico CA. Room was very clean and very comfortable and the cooked breakfast was great. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner unit was a bit noisy.

I stayed at Oxford Suites with 9 little girls. We were celebrating my daughters 9th birthday. We had a blast. The hotel staff is awesome and very accommodating. Best location outside Chico with plenty of restaurants, Walmart and Target within walking distance. Free wifi and good US-style breakfast included in the rate, perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to recommend this hotel, we stayed 4 nights. Rooms are normal US standard, clean and comfortable, although the interior is past its due date; looks 80's.

Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was nice, with lots of options. The rooms were a fair size and clean. Cons: Super busy hotel with a fair amount of noise. Drove in from San Diego checked in much later than expected, around 2:00 actually. the beds, pillows and linen never felt and smelled so good! The staff extremely nice gave us a little later check out time. In the morning had a wonderful breakfast downstairs (included) and some great coffee. Will be staying here again.

Rooms were very nice. Complimentary drinks and food were great. Hotel was completely packed for basketball tournament and staff stayed friendly and organized. Very clean everywhere and the pool even stayed clean with hundreds of kids bouncing around. Best part were recycling containers in rooms and refillable toiletries which saves plastic!

Beautiful rooms and great staff. Some people have written about the out-of-date TVs, and I stayed here in April 2013, so I'm happy to report that they now have flat screens. All the amenities you could ask for and more. They have a free breakfast and "happy hour" I think they call it, but it's basically dinner...or at least you... More

Our family of four stayed in a Family Suite with two king-sized beds and a sofabed with three separate sleeping areas dividable by either a door or a sliding partition. Perfect!
