The air conditioning didn't work and it was over 100 degrees the day we stayed. The room smelled like dirty feet which would make sense as the carpet was filthy. Just from walking to the shower to the bed, our feet were black from the carpet. Had to go back to the bathroom, get a wet washcloth to take back... more

I stayed here with my three children for 4 nights. It was a satisfactory stay but not as good as the other hotel on our trip. Seriously? This place is a dump. The whole room had a weird residue on the furniture. My bed was coming off the wooden platform it was on. The lobby was nasty and the hallways & rooms smelled. We stayed at 2 hotel chains while vacationing in California this summer. This place was great. Not one complaint. Pool great. Room great. Location great. Service great. Checking in and out great. The only regret we had was going to a different chain after staying at the Ramada. It was the worst !!! Would definately stay here again. more

After complaining about the air not working in our room we were switched to a second room that was worse than the first. The third room had a working air conditioner. All the rooms were smelly... If we had to be there all day we would have gone to another hotel. We tried room freshners, a candle. Nothing really worked.... more
