Clearlake is a challenging town to find a place to stay in the summer and this place came as a recommendation. All I can say is this is a place to avoid. The hotel is ok. Room was ok, staff great. However, they billed me for 2 nights when I only stayed one (reservation was screwed up as well). I was presently suprised with this location. The rooms must of been recently rentovated, as they were nice, spacious, and newer funiture. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was quick to respond, for extra towels, and a roll a way bed. I even checked out the pool, and hot tub area. Not bad for a Best Western, I thought.... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel to get away for a few days! Unfortunately, the shower never got hot and there were ants in the bathroom. The place was nice though! more
