I stayed at the new place down the street before on business but, was disappointed that it was not close enough to the restaurants and shops. In 104 heat our A/C went out in the middle of the night filling the room with a bad electrical short smell. Manager replaced unit but would only adjust bill by $10, then $20 when we objected. She (Griggs) also wouldnt get off her butt to help when the motel internet went out on the main computer. Definately not service... more

Considering there are two moderately priced hotels within a few blocks of each other, I highly recommend that no one stay at the Best Western Clovis Cole. In fact, if it was the only hotel within 200 miles, I would strongly recommend driving the extra 200 miles to find something better. I feel I'm overrating the place by giving it... more

Was here one night with my son, place was clean, had easy access and was a bargain for the price. Only downside was not being able to check in until 3pm. No reason to spend more at the Comfort Suites if money is an issue. more
