We spent 2 nights at the Ramada Inn in Commerce with a tour group in late July 2009. I read existing reviews before going there and tried, to no avail, to get our tour operator to change hotels. In May I was parking in the lot right in front and was car jacked at gunpoint and lost all my possessions and car. The worst part was how the hotel responded. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with 3 kids (in two 2 rooms). We found the hotel to be depressing, the rooms were dark & smelly, with small windows, and definitely need a renovation. The hotel is located just of the highway and the neighborhood is partly industrial. The front desk was unfriendly. A.L more
