TV broken, Internet connection down, unhelpful staff w/ no follow through. Non-Smoking rooms smell like smoking rooms. By far the WORST Best Western I have ever stayed in. Will not stay there again...would rather sleep in my car. And they are typically a safe bet in terms of short stay hotels. more
