This was a great hotel. Service was excellent. Our room was upgraded and our overnight parking fees were waived without us even having to ask. I wish we stayed longer than one night. more

Recently attended this Hotel for a conference re NAPVI. Travelled from LOndon with my blind son. Upon arrival staff extremely helpful as we were both very tired. This is a lean and tastefully appointed property close by to the south coast plaza and the 405 freeway. Check-in was quick and very friendly. As a hilton diamond member I received free parking and free internet access which I am glad I did since the parking was like 20 bucks a day. Hilton usually charges 10 bucks a day... more

Hotel is a solid 4 star hotel. Designed for business travelers, but fine for a personal stay. Room was very clean, a little worn but not significant. Bed was excellent and linens very nice. Hotel is very nice - its a Hilton, what do you expect? But the location is so bland, it could be in some distant subburb of Cleveland from what I could tell. I suppose most people are there for a meeting or event so there is no need to ventue outside. more
