Disappointed staying there this time. Room was not clean - toe nail on the floor - whilst it was cleaned quickly it was not a good start. Lobby area was always busy with a queue quick to build up if someone asked the receptionist more than one question. For a four star it appears to have let its standards drop. more

Stayed at the hotel on 9/4-9/6 and had a great experience. Phillip, Jonathan and Kathy at the front desk were great to deal with. Extremely helpful. Helped with directions. They really went that extra mile. Rooms were great, fitness center and pool were wonderful. Very relaxing. more
